About Me

I am a UKCP and BACP registered child, adolescent and adult psychotherapist working in private practice in Finchley and online, as well as a therapeutic lead in schools. I work with people of all ages including children and parents, offering a range of therapeutic interventions including talking therapy, as well as play and arts-based therapy for younger clients.

I have experience in working with neurodivergence, particularly autism and/or ADHD, and across a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship and family difficulties, domestic abuse, low self-esteem, work pressures, parenting challenges, and identity issues.

My therapeutic practice is evidence-based, person-centred and relational. I provide a warm, non-judgemental and compassionate space for whatever you may need support with, and at your own pace. As an integrative psychotherapist I draw from a variety of approaches, adapting to your individual needs, although I tend to work mostly within the humanistic and psychodynamic models. We may explore current issues and talk through past experiences, patterns and relationships to help you move towards greater self-understanding and meaningful change.

As a second-generation immigrant, I bring lived experience of navigating between cultures and understanding of the impact this may have on belonging and identity. I also bring a wealth of experience from my previous senior roles in the charity and commercial sectors.

You may wish to have long-term open-ended therapy or a set of sessions for short-term therapy.  We will work together to find what suits your needs best.
